Parental Permission for Use of Photographs

I grant Congregation B'nai Tikvah permission to take photographs of  me, my children, and my property in connection with the above-identified event. I agree that Congregation B'nai Tikvah may use such photographs of me and my children with or without our names and for any lawful purposes, including, for example, purposes such as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
