Come Back to Tikvah weekend is almost here and we could not be more excited to see everyone! Before the weekend of fun begins, we wanted to share some details so that everything runs smoothly.
Parking
Throughout the weekend, we will be parking primarily in the back of the parking lot to allow space for us to gather closer towards the building. There will be cones setup directing you where to go and we ask that you please park in the next space available. If we need additional parking, we will park on Finnegans lane and/or in the attorneys’ office parking lot, as we do for the High Holidays.
Classical Caterers
If you ordered dinner for Friday night and/or lunch for Sunday, Classical Caterers will be serving our delicious meals near the main entrance. Each meal will be given to you individually for your convenience. Dinner on Friday night will be served at 6:00 pm and lunch on Sunday will be served from 12:00 to 2:00 pm.
Seating
Since we will be gathering in the parking lot and hanging out throughout the weekend, please bring your own chairs to each event. If you have extra chairs, please bring them, as there are going to be people in attendance who do not have chairs to bring.
Games and Activities
Sunday is our tailgate party and we look forward to playing games and just having fun kibbitzing. If you have any games (i.e. corn hole, jumbo jenga, etc.) that you enjoy, we encourage you to bring them so we can all participate in the fun. Also, we will be setting up games for the kids who will be there, in addition to having little bikes and scooters for them to ride.
Restrooms
Our restrooms will be open throughout the weekend. We would just like to remind everyone that masks must be worn at all times while inside the building.
Weather Updates
In the unfortunate situation that the weather does not cooperate with our plans (so far it looks like we are in the clear!), please be sure to check your email and/or the CBT website throughout the weekend, beginning on Friday morning, for any changes to our plans. We will communicate all necessary changes as soon as we are able to, but we hope that this is the one situation where you will not be hearing from us.
If you have any questions, about our Come Back to Tikvah Weekend, please do not hesitate to call our chairperson, Melissa Kessler, at (617) 869-1422.
