END OF THE YEAR REPORT FOR VP OF ADMINISTATION – JUNE 2024
- We have had private security for Shabbat Services and Religious School since December.
- Need all doors to be secured at all times. Please do not prop open the doors. Need all congregants to carry their key fobs with them so they can enter the building easily.
- The HVAC System in the Social Hall will be completed by then end of June
- The roof on top of the social hall and sanctuary will be completed by the end of June.
- The kitchen sink in our kitchen has been leaking into the bridal room. Will be replaced after the wedding season is completed going into the summer.
- The earth quake in April caused debris to come down in the gym. Was inspected by Mitch Frumkin and advised everything is ok.
- The fruit flies have continued to be much better. The caterer no longer preps in the social hall. Has made a great difference.
- The caterer has been much better in keeping the social hall clean. Still room for improvement.
- Old computers in the offices have been migrated to new computers will now run much faster.
