Phyllis and Barry Safeer are thrilled to announce the birth of their first granddaughter, Emmy Ruth, born April 25th, weighing 6lbs 15 ounces, and 19.5 inches long.
Ecstatic parents are Sarah Safeer and Brandon Hohenberg.
