Childcare for the High Holidays will be available on the first day of Rosh Hashanah (October 3, 2024 from 10:00am to 1:00pm) and on Yom Kippur (October 12, 2024 from 10:00am until 2pm, or at the conclusion of morning services).

The childcare policies are as follows:

  1. Childcare will be available for children ages 18 months to 6 years-old. Please note that babysitters will not change diapers under any circumstances. Therefore, it is the parent’s/guardian’s responsibility to check back regularly with the babysitters to determine whether the child needs a clean diaper if the child is not potty trained.
  2. The RSVP date to register for childcare will be Sunday, September 15, by 12pm. Registrations received after this date will be accepted only as space allows.
  3. Unfortunately, in order to ensure proper staffing, we are unable to accept walk-ins for childcare.  There will be no exceptions.
  4. Kosher and nut-free snacks and water will be provided to the children during the hours of childcare. If your child(ren) needs lunch, it is your responsibility to provide that (kosher, dairy) for them.
  5. Depending on the number of children who are registered for childcare, we will do our best to separate the childcare rooms by the age of the children.
