Most of the forms on this website are interactive, where you fill them out on the screen. They often contain selection boxes where dollar amounts (if any) are automatically calculated.
These are designed to be subsequently printed and delivered to the synagogue office or chairperson as indicated.
Some of these printable forms are also designed to accept secure credit card payments through PayPal. When such transactions are completed, the synagogue administrator and treasurer are immediately notified, via email, of the details of the transaction.
There are also blue, green, or purple "send" boxes, such as the one at the bottom of this page, which deliver the information to the appropriate party via email. |
