The Jewish Family Service of Southern Middlesex County offers a comprehensive program of social services for residents of central and southern Middlesex County. The agency has its main office in
East Brunswick
with a satellite office in the
Monroe Township,
and one in Highland Park which is open by appointment only. JFS programs include: Professional Counseling for Individuals, Couples and Families; Support Groups; Elder Care Services; Kosher Meals-on-Wheels; Children's Counseling Center; Addiction Recovery Services; Resettlement Services; Holiday Food Programs; and Emergency Food Bank. |

This home delivered meal program provides
up to two nutritionally well-balanced kosker meals per day to people whose physical, mental, or social conditions make it difficult for them to prepare adequate meals for themselves. A trained social worker conducts an in-house assessment to determine eligibility for the program. Trained volunteers deliver the meals and identify frail elderly, who may need other services, and links them to those additional supports. Residents of Southern Middlesex County are eligible to apply for this program who are: |
